Orders & Delivery

You can track your order in real-time from the Orders page. Once your order is picked up by a driver, you'll see their location on the map. You'll also receive notifications at each stage of your delivery.
We're sorry for the delay! Delivery times can be affected by traffic, weather, or high demand. If your order is significantly late, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
We apologise for the inconvenience. Please report the missing item through the Orders page within 24 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a refund or credit for the missing items.

Account & Profile

For security reasons, email changes require verification. Please contact our support team with proof of identity, and we'll help you update your email address.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. We'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours.

Payments & Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 days to appear in your account. Credit refunds are applied instantly.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as cash on delivery for select restaurants.
